I started what I figured to be my period Monday August 8th but I keep having that stabe of pain on my lower left side from before.. Does anyone know what this could be?

Around 7 Day past ovulation I started to have cramps and sharp pains on my lower left side along with EWCM.. Off and on for several days.

My period started July 12th.. I ovulated around July 24th.

I've been tracking my period and even tracking ovulation by using ClearBlue kits.
