Long weekend plans & fun

I don't know what to do..I'm seeing a therapist regarding that because I've felt trapped and alone..I don't like my parents..they've never given me a chance to be myself..any advice?

I can't tell them my problems because they use it against me and use it as another excuse to keep me in the house.

To add to that my parents can't be trusted with anything.

I can't visit my girlfriend, I can rarely take her to eat, I can't hang out with my friends, and she accuses me of not being where I say I will be if she ever lets me go.

My mom and dad don't let me leave the house, only to a quick trip to the store or to the gym.

I grew up to notice that my dad was a bitter bi-polar man and my mother was a selfish and narrow minded woman.
