When there are family announcements such as NYE, my uncles (his brothers) and my grandmother and the rest of the family often agrees that my father isn't allowed to come.

He grew up through war and had to work as a 9 year old to make money for his family (his brothers and his mom). He never got to see his dad in his childhood either, he was in another country without war.
