I can't really do much because I'm not his parent and I know most everything will start more trouble than good with me and his parents.

I am firmly starting to believe he has anxiety, which I myself do as well, and I behaved almost the same with my dad.

My mother seems to lose her temper over it but refuses to acknowledge the fact that this is not normal and that he may have some sort of anxiety or issues.

It's getting just bad, and unhealthy I think.

He doesn't sleep until I'm right in bed with him when he's here or I'm visiting him and my mom and step dad.

He used to sob when he had to leave and now he does that, along with flat out holding onto me with endless protesting about leaving me.

It hasn't been like that to this degree before, but he has always been very attached to me.

He will hold my arm and cling onto me when we're walking about and this morning, he just followed me around my house and even held my sleeve and was right at my side.
