My parents don t do anything, they say she s just young. 17. I don t know what to do and if I m being over dramatic.

I don t know for sure if she does this on purpose but twice I ve been carrying a drink and she sees me and runs face into me, then I yell at her and she tells me I m stupid and won t help me clean it up.
