Awkward eye contact situation at work. So my co-worker, she looks away when I'm making eye contact while we talk. Help?

It's like, so I can't keep looking at her eyes, while just standing with my body facing her what does the rest of my body do to make me and someone like her comfortable?

I also have issues with that sometimes, especially when we are really close and looking directly at each other.

So once in a while I try to catch her while she's looking at me and then she looks down to the ground and to cover the awkwardness, she tilts her body slightly away, using hand gestures while staring at a floor tile or what not.
