I sometimes have to remind myself that a day without contact within the first few weeks dating (we're not in a relationship yet) isn't that unusual and doesn't instantly mean he's gone off me...

I don't think he's going off me, but I'm fed-up of making the effort to re-initiate contact - I'm not sure if I should be concerned this is too much like me chasing him or if I'm just over-thinking the whole thing.

In the past I've made first contact, thinking it's silly to play games or thinking maybe it'll make it easier on him due to his insecurities, but I'm worrying I'm chasing him too much and it should be on him to make initial contact now.
