I try to go to school, stress-free and its worked for a while, until now.

My dad said it's fun to see us grow up, but I find it sad because my parents get older as well as everybody else.

Today, my mom told my brother, the 17 one that she understood that it seemed it as friends over family these days (as a teenager). I've just been left wondering why my dad says such saddening things, and why life seems to pass me by?

My oldest brother, the 25 one, said that he might move out soon, which is sad because if he moves out, and the 17-year-old goes to college, it'll only be my dad and me.

My dad also told me that when I graduate high school in three years, we'd be selling the house, which is my childhood home.

He said that he understood it wasn't his world anymore, it was ours, and he was just a bystander.

Just yesterday, on my brother's birthday, he said that in a year, he'd be off to college.
