My suicidal little sister said she hated me? Tried to kill herself 11 times in 5 months?

She's expressed extreme suicidal thoughts all week and other family said they have seen really bad cuts whilst she was sleeping and it's likely she'll try again but nobody knows where she is to save her on time.

I see my boyfriends family more than her and now I feel awful as if she feels left out and replaced.

I don't get to see my sister much as we have different mum's and I don't live with her but we talk all day everyday.

I feel like she feels I've abandoned her or I'm replacing her because I'm spending time with my boyfriends family and he has a 15 year old sister who I'm close with.

She took an overdose on her 18th bday and tried to hang herself on new years.

Within 5 months she has tried to kill herself 11 times and each time she was taken to a&e she refused help and refused to stay so she was sent home.
