The thing is (and this could be part of the problem), I ve never been a huge socializer, even in childhood, but even then I had friends, parties, events, etc.

I could see this in their body language (fake smiles, limp handshakes, etc). At my table in the break room, I d see everyone heading out to eat as a treat, leaving me by myself.

My office was filled to the brim with people my own age, yet they d all form friendships with each other and treat me as though I was something to be avoided or tolerated.

I had on and off relationships in university, but since I started my first job afterward, I ve been left to the side.

I ve noticed ever since I hit my 20s (which are turning out to be the worst decade of my life so far, this being one of the reasons why), people my age seem to exclude me from everything and not want to pursue a friendship or relationship with me.
