They are nasty peeople with hardly any friends ( I've paid for everything, including tuition , not that I'm owed anything ). But how do I tell them I want to go my own way and never talk to them again?

Basically, I've had a bad childhood with parents, they always put me down and were really negative towards me, even though I don't do drugs, drink, or anything bad.
