She then told us that she loves us and that it isn't important of an issue that the people, in the opposite lane need to drive slow, as long as they are safe and that's what matters.

We got to a rest stop about 20 minutes later and she was still crying and could barely speak.

My daughter started crying a few seconds later.

We immediately understood why traffic was moving very slowly on that side as opposed to our side of the interstate.

About 1 hour into the road trip, we saw a horrible car accident on the opposite side of the interstate.
