My brother was adopted at birth and a very angry teen. He does not come visit as an adult. Do I need to still count him as my brother?

This brother moved away at 22 and has not been seen in 4 years other then by my parents and one cousin.

I am biological as are my sisters but the younger two children, boy and girl, are adopted from different bio mothers.

How do I find my family? I have not seen them since June 22, 2007?

Mom's side of the family was all broken up after my grandmother died earlier that year so none of them would know and I've only seen them once since my Mom left.

It is older sibs from my Mom's 1st marriage so my Dad's only child is me.
