I was walking down a fairly busy street on the sidewalk and I said hello to a couple of guys driving a truck did I make the female nervous?

She was working there for 12 years..can i please have advice on thos situation?

Later she just quit and she blocked me on facebook.

I have alot of friends at work, and she kept running into them and she obviously felt awkward since everyone knew what she did to me.

I noticed she couldn't look at me in the eyes no more.

But at the end, she messaged my manager and told him that i still try talking to her ( even tho everthing was okay between me and her) i was removed from her floor and i was suspended.

Apperantly alot of coworkers didn't like Joanne because they thought she was to arrogant and other stuff.
