However like a month after I moved, I texted him to let him know I was in town & he went out of his way to come say hi to me & even invited me over to watch a show we used to always watch.

However, like a week after I moved he texted me to check in to see how I was doing & has texted me random things since then but put absolutely no effort into continuing the conversation.

At that point, I assumed I would never talk to him again.

The day before I left I texted him that I was leaving in the morning & he sent me a long text about how he really enjoyed hanging out with me and good luck with everything but did not even come say bye to me.

He no longer initiated contact & felt like I was doing all of the work.

The last week or so I was in town he was very distant.

I only had about two weeks left before I moved to a new state.

I would stay the night but it never went past cuddling?
