Yesterday was dominated by taking my son clothes shopping. Like many young men he hates shopping, especially for clothes. My strategy was to take him to a huge mall in west London where the shops are

Its not just the one therapist either, this is the 4th one.

I've had suicidal thoughts in the past but lately I have them way more often and I feel like its bc the therapy and how we keep discussing non-issues and dredging up stuff that I've already gotten over.

I just prefer to handle things the way I have been and no body will let me.

The therapist just keeps saying that sometimes boys my age (16) feel like it makes us feel weak or whatever, when really.

I've already gotten multiple warning abt not complying with the process so that's not even on the table either.

Before I just delt with stuff and how I felt my own way and that usually meant not talking or eveing thinking about it but now, it like i dont even have that choice and I'm not able to deal with things the way I'm used to.
