A lot of times it is just a short quick little laugh like they are nervous, but sometimes they break down in laughter.

For example I could say anything and they would respond with a smile, than at the end, start giggling for no apparent reason.

Whenever I try to talk to girls or say hi to them, they would look at me, tilt their head down and sideways and say hi, and during the whole conversation, they would giggle a little bit after everything they say.
