They seem to be the type that would come after somebody over something, and haunt someone over something, gangstalk them, that would want a person dead.

They will have a viciously outburst of wrath, vigorously yell at you, get in your face and won't let you get away, pretty much the next thing to physically attacking you, if not that, they don't care who you are.
