Full time care giver for mom

So gotta vent or come clean or just here to hear advice.As of a little over a year ago I became full time caregiver for my mom. It was somthing that came as complete surprise and it is what I will do

I don't know what to do because we share a mutual bestfriend so I see him all the time and we are also the same major and have 3 classes together this sem.
