English, do you speak it?

Let me begin this mini rant by saying that this does not apply to those not born, raised, and educated in an English speaking nation. This is directed to those that know the language, speak it daily,

So this one guy comes into my work to only ever buy milk or tea and cookies(or other junk) He is rather skinny and always seems in a bad mood.
