For example, they say they will call at a certain time and then they don't end up calling or even sending a text real quick saying they aren't able to talk.

I can't really rely on them for stuff because they don't ever follow through.

They could have forgot to reply although I find that unlikely since for years we were in a routine of talking once every couple of days.

I don't expect people to respond to me right away but I have this friend who has been on social media consistently and despite that, they haven't responded to my text message in a week.
