I m about a week from my period now (regular) and I ve been having shooting pains in my right breast and they've also been tender (maybe brought on by heavy gym workout this week) and dull pains in my lower stomach.

I never have ovulation bleeding so I freaked out until I realised that it was something that can happen to women.
